International Shipping
International shipping is available and will take up to 14 days to arrive.
Buyer assumes all risk. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties according to the laws and restrictions of the designated country. These charges are always the customer's responsibility.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by local customs authorities.
Delayed or Lost Mail
We always fulfil our duty and dispatch items in the agreed time slot, with very few exceptions. However, items can be delayed by our mail providers, Royal Mail. Only items purchased via the guaranteed service are guaranteed. All other items can be subject to delays. Royal Mails policy is that an item is not considered lost until 15 working days have elapse. Therefore, we can not refund, resend any items until that time has elapsed.
As an additional measure we encourage you to check that all details regarding shipping and billing address are correct, as any delays or items lost due to this will not be our responsibility.
Please note, Royal Mail's Policy on lost goods is 15 working days. This is subsequently our policy too. If items are delayed beyond 15 working days then a replacement will be sent and we shall seek compensation for our lost due to Royal Mail. Should you not want a replacement, then we will provide all the necessary information required for you to seek compensation from Royal Mail.

Return Policy
We have a 14 day peace of mind return guarantee in place. All returned items must be in it's original packaging and must be fit for reselling. Any returns in the above respect will be subject to inspection. Agreed returns are subject to a restocking fee £3.00 or 20% of the item value, which ever is greater. For international returns the restocking fee will be £8 per item, again subject to the same conditions.
Defective items (UK) must be reported and returned within 14 days of receipt. You will be sent a replacement upon receipt of the original damaged item, subject to inspection. Any shipping charges incurred are non refundable.
